1. How do I purchase items on your website?

My products are listed in my shop on the Etsy website (GlassyGrace). The link on my 'products for sale' page takes you there.  When you make a purchase, it will be added to the shopping cart.

Items will be totaled and shipping charges added. You will be asked to enter your email address and a user name and password. Then you will be directed to the Paypal site to pay on a secure site.

2.  Will the colors of the items I receive be the same as the colors I see on your web site?

Colors of natural stone beads may vary slightly.

Photos are taken with a digital camera at a high resolution, but not all computer monitors are the same. Therefore, colors of other beads may vary from what you see on your screen.

3.  What metals do you use?

All earring wires, posts, backs, and accent beads are Sterling Silver. There may be some pewter or gold or silver plated accent beads also in the dangling part of the earring. It will be stated next to the item.

4.  How long has Purple Grace been in business?

I've made and sold quilts for 25 years. I enjoy colors and began working with beads. I established the beading part of my business in 1997.  I'm located in Maine and currently set up my sales booth at 10 CRAFT SHOWS per year around the state from Portland to Bangor, Maine.

5.  What shipping method is used?

All shipments are sent US First Class Mail.

6. Can I return an item?

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you may return your item(s) in it's original condition within 30 days. You will receive a refund for the amount of the product. Shipping costs are not refunded.
